Levy, Marcia Bailey – Peacefully on Saturday, September 7, 2013 in her 71styear at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, surrounded by her loving family. Marcia is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Dan and her children, Sheldon (Lynn-Beth), David (Elaine), Michael (Nina) and Joanne (Deke), her grandchildren Josh, Adam, Jake, Rachel, Jay, Tess, Mia, Matan and Gili, and great-grandchildren, Zion and Kemarley, her mother, Adele Rotman and brother Larry (Louise) Rotman. Predeceased by her father Hy Rotman.  Marcia was devoted to her family and was an adored Bubby. She was an accomplished and respected Realtor of almost 40 years and made significant and lasting contributions to the Hamilton community in many ways; she was Sisterhood President of Beth Jacob Synagogue, President of Hadassah-WIZO Hamilton, Executive Director of Beth Jacob Synagogue, and in most recent years, Marcia gave of her time to The United Hebrew Memorial Chapel of Hamilton. Marcia took great pleasure helping family and friends in the planning of their weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. She was a loyal and generous friend and recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Tuesday Night Mahjong group. Marcia will be remembered for a life rich in accomplishments, kindness, and love of family and friends.   Funeral Services to be held Monday, September 9th  at 1:00 pm at Beth Jacob Synagogue, 375 Aberdeen Avenue, Hamilton, followed by interment at the Beth Jacob Cemetery, 1250 Snake Road, Burlington.  A reception will be held immediately following at Beth Jacob Synagogue.  The family thanks the doctors, nurses and staff of E4 and the I.C.U. at the Juravinski Hospital for their compassionate care.
