NAGLER, Sharon (nee Michaels) Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Shalom Village on Tuesday, December 25, 2012, in her 71st year. Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Ann Michaels, and her brother, Gary Michaels. Wonderful wife of Mark Nagler. Loving mother of Adam (Jenny Reich) and David (Claudia Bustos). Incredible Bubbie of Lucy and Andrew. Dear sister of Marvin, and sister-in-law of Rae, Sari, Janie, and Ernest. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Jodi (Natalio), Jenny (Jason), Matthew (Lindsey), Rachel (Stephen), Ari (Heather), Darren and Corey. An incredibly warm and compassionate person who meant the world to all. She will be sadly missed, but always remembered by family, friends, co-workers, and the many teenagers she helped counsel in her years as a dedicated probation officer. Family will receive friends at Temple Anshe Sholom on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. Heartfelt thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre, CCAC, St. Elizabeth, VON, and Shalom Village. Shiva will take place at 94 Oak Knoll Drive, Hamilton. Donations to Shalom Village in Sharon’s honour would be greatly appreciated.
