Harriette and Jack Kligman and Family.
Daphne & David,
We are saddened by the Phil’s passing. How well we remember attending Phil’s inauguration as B’nai Brith Canada’s President in the Catskills, as well as his support of B’nai Brith Bowling locally in the Men’s League and the Mixed League. We are also very aware of his devotion to the Grand Order of Israel. We’re sure there were many other community involvements during his career. May his memory serve as a blessing.

Daphne and David,
We remember Phil’s (and your) support for our Hamilton B’nai Brith Mixed Bowling league and the pleasure of working with Phil when we were active in Hamilton Lodge. “No” wasn’t part of his vocabulary. May his memory serve as a blessing.
