Deep condolences to the family, I am a Canadian from Quebec and captain of a Pickleball team at Century Village of Deerfield Beach, Florida. Norm was playing with us for many years, and even with legs issues, he was a fierce competitor. I am in shock to ear his passing. A few days back, we were exchanging email about Pickleball, he was saying in a mail that he was not sure to go to Florida this year. We will send our prayer for him. RIP Norm.

My deepest condolences to the family. I was a student at wagar high school in late 80s to early 90s and even though I never had him as a biology teacher, he knew most of us and would always stop and talk to all of us. A really nice and special man.
Dear Lenore and family. I am so shocked to hear of Normie’s death. He and Larry were colleagues at Wagar for so many years. Our families were neighbours on Melling and at Grantham and I have great memories of a really fine person. May you and yours be comforted among the mourners of Zion.
A great man, great teacher, someone who really cared about his students. He also taught me how to play the 6/36 lottery in 1976. He will be missed.
My all time favorite and most memorable teacher who helped get gum out of my hair after another student threw it at me during biology class. And I’m grateful that he let us dissect a chicken wing instead of a frog. My deepest condolences to the family. He was a kind and gentle man.
Mr. Feigen was my teacher at Wagar High School almost 50 years ago. My sincerest condolences to his family. He was one of the “cool” ones.
I am so incredibly saddened to hear of Mr. Feigen’s passing. He was by far, my favorite teacher in high school. This is crazy, but JUST last night, (Friday, October 15th) I was talking to my son (13 years old) about his biology class, asking what topic he is currently learning. I went on to tell him about my fond memories of biology class, my favorite subject, and all about my teacher Mr. Feigen, whose passion for Biology made learning it so fun. He was kind-hearted, passionate when teaching, and always commanded the attention of his students in a positive way. I can still name all the bones and muscles in the human body thanks to him! I will always remember him. To Leonore… I’m not sure if you remember me, but I used to work at the YMHA as their graphic designer (circa 1995-1998) while you were working in accounting. Sending strength to you and your family during this difficult time. May his memory be a blessing and may your wonderful memories of him make each day a little easier.
