Interment will be at Grand Order of Israel Cemetery 2, 1250 Snake Rd, Burlington
Shiva will be at Shalom Village, 70 Macklin St. N., Hamilton on Wednesday from 7-9,
Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 and on Friday from 2-4.

FINE, Ruth It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Ruth Fine. After a series of illnesses Ruth has joined her beloved husband Manny of 67 years, and her son Edwin who passed in 1983. Ruth is survived by her two loving daughters, Elaine Levine (Michael), and Brenda Willis. She was so proud of her five beautiful grandchildren, Steve Willis (Kelly), Jenna Willis (Aaron Huber), Lauren Levine (Daniel Thorpe), Zachariah Levine, and Shari Levine. She was also a devoted sister to Hy Strom and his late wife Diane, and the late Sam and Becky Strom, sister-in-law to Bernice and the late Louis Freedman and a loving aunt to seven nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Kiva and Ada Strom of Toronto. Ruth spent her life as a dedicated housewife. She loved being with family and friends, bowling, gambling, playing cards and games, and enjoying life. Her life was full of nachas. Services will be held at the United Hebrew Memorial Chapel at 28 Ewen Road, Hamilton, on Wednesday, July 3rd at 11 a.m. followed by interment at the Grand Order of Israel Cemetery #2, in Burlington. Shiva will be held at Shalom Village on Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m.
