A service will be held at Benjamin’s Park Memorial Chapel on Sunday October 13, 2024 at 2:30 pm with interment at Pardes Chaim Cemetery, Temple Sinai Section, 11818 Bathurst St, Maple, ON.
Survived by his wife Randi, children Amanda and Brandon, brother Stephen and Rona and parents Milton and Terri Lewis.
I was saddened to hear of Jay’s death. I worked with him at First Marathon and National Bank Financial. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. My condolences to his family.
