FREEDMAN, Mosche Aron Peacefully at Juravinski Hospital, on July 26, 2017, in his 71st year. Loving brother of Judy Cina Freedman-Hooper (brother-in-law Fred Hooper), much loved uncle of Liam Avrom Hooper, and Sabrina Amyre Hooper. Dear God-father of Alexander Levstein. Mosche was a retired teacher with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board. He was a long-time volunteer with Hamilton Wentworth creative arts, the concession street-fest and Festival of Friends. He was also a participating member of the Sackville Hill Seniors Recreation Centre’s volleyball and baseball programs. A graveside service will be held at Temple Anshe Sholom Cemetery, 427 Limeridge Rd. East, Hamilton, on Sunday, July 30 at 11 a.m. The family will sit a private shiva at 60 Jerome Crescent, apt 801, Stoney Creek, from Sunday, July 30, to Tuesday, August 1, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to cancer research and/or soup-kitchens or foodbanks appreciated.
