ROBINSON, Marlene Rhonda (nee Richter) Passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, March 29, 2015. Beloved wife of Curtis Robinson for 21 years. Marlene will be sadly missed by her brother David Richter, nephew William Richter, and her mother-in-law Cerena Robinson. Marlene was a lifelong resident of Hamilton, and enjoyed working with children in daycare at the Melrose United Church, and at Bay King Motors as a younger woman. She will also be missed by her extended family of many cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and close friends in the Hamilton area. Funeral service on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the United Hebrew Memorial Chapel, 28 Ewen Rd., Hamilton, followed by a graveside service at the Temple Anshe Sholom cemetery on Limeridge Rd.
David , I am so sorry for your loss. Spent many an hour talking to Marlene on your driveway on Gleneagles. Whenever I think of Marlene I think of her laugh, she would give you a shove like “get outta here”. Not that she would have wanted to be rushed but I cant help thinking how she would have cracked up laughing knowing that she would be laid to rest on April Fools Day. Heaven has one more beautiful smile now. take care….Helen from Braemar
