We mourn the tragic and unexpected passing of Carl Creatchman, age 40, on September 6, 2023.
Forever in our hearts, Carl will be missed by his wife Brianna and his step children Sabrina and Sebastian. Cherished son of Dr. Terry Creatchman & Deena Sacks and dear son-in-law to Brian & Maria Feere. Cherished brother of Eric and his wife Lara Roccatani and brother-in-law, Brandon Feere and his wife Vera and daughter Isabella.
And so very much loved by Nonna Rosa and the many uncles, aunts and cousins who loved him dearly.
He has left a lasting impression on everyone he met, from his wonderful friends and colleagues to the many students who were fortunate to have had him as their teacher.

Please excuse the delay I communicating with you! I have just heard the news of your terrible loss. I can only hope that you are somehow coping. I have always felt that I could cope with anything that life could throw at me except the loss of a child so I cannot imagine what you are going through now. I can only wish strength and fortitude for you. I always remember you Terry as a very conscientious caring physician who would always take the time and trouble to cover every aspect of your patient’s care so knowing the sort of persons that you and Deena are this must be a terrible burden to carry.

I was shocked to read about Carl, and can not even imagine what you are going through.
I remember both your boys fondly from our days at Hampstead Day Camp — they were shy, nice kids. I’m glad to see that Carl created a good life for himself, and it doesn’t surprise me to read that he was very loved by family, friends and students alike. May you find peace in knowing that in his short life, he surely made his mark on all those around him. I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that you will be in my thoughts.

My sincerest condolences to Carl’s family and friends. Carl was one of the loveliest people I knew. We met in high school briefly before he moved. He was so funny and so kind-a significant contrast to the hardness of so many in that school. I can see him clearly with a mushroom cut and a huge smile jumping around trying to make us all smile. We were in youth group together, he and I went to a massive Boxing Day sale with my dad who, to this day, remarked on his patience and big heart. We kept in touch on and off over the years. He always has and always will hold an extremely dear place in my heart and will be sorely missed.
