  1. It’s very difficult losing a parent and I’m very sorry for what you are going through.
I didn’t know your mom, but I do know you.
The three of you are wonderful people, and that obviously came from somewhere. Your mother lives on through you and your children.
I just found out about your loss and thus did not attend the funeral or the Shiva. Know that my thoughts and love are with you with you
May her memory be a blessing

Thank you very much for kind message. My Mom was one month shy of 100 years when she passed away peacefully at her home and feeling relatively well until the end. It is all very fresh still, but messages such as yours definitely are appreciated and comforting.

  11. To my dear friend Ira and the entire Jacob’s family

I am sorry for the loss of your dear mother. Your mother was a very smart and wise woman. She was very kind to me always. We had some wonderful conversations about social work, which is one of the things we had in common. In later years when my daughter was practising medicine at McMaster University. She had a pleasure of looking after Sylvia. She always shared wonderful reports about her relationship so you made me very proud when she shared that my daughter was taking good care of her at that time.

I hope that all of you have more memories of her, and that her passing will be a blessing for all of you. Wishing you more memories of your mother and made those memories give you comfort!

Sending you all lots of love!
