SMURLICK, Anita (1917 – 2018) Passed away peacefully at Shalom Village, Sunday, April 8th in her 101st year. Predeceased by her husband Saul and daughter Peggy (Allan). Beloved mother of Larry and Marlene, Gerald and Bonnie. Grandmother of Jeffrey, Stephen, Amy, Lori, Wendy and Phillip. Great-grandmother of 13 children. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. A huge thank you to the staff and PSW workers at Shalom Village. We are forever grateful. A Graveside Service will be held at Beth Jacob Cemetery, Tuesday, April 10th at 1 p.m. Shiva will be private. In lieu flowers donations may be made to shalomvillage.ca or 905-529-1613.
It is with both sadness and gratitude that we celebrate the life of Anita Smurlick.
