BURMAN, David Beloved husband of Sheila for 60 years and much loved father of Geoffrey (Jeanne), Stephen (Jinky), Gillian (Kim) and grandchildren Joshua, Elise, Jeremy, Alexandra, Savanna, and Samuel. David endured and overcame major health hurdles for many years with dignity, courage, and optimism. He was otherwise known as “The Miracle Man”. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the United Hebrew Memorial Chapel of Hamilton, 28 Ewen Rd., Hamilton. Shiva will be held on Saturday evening, April 13, 2013 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., prayers at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday afternoon, April 14, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with prayers at 7:30 p.m. at 64 Academy St., Ancaster. Donations may be made to Shalom Village.
