1. Sara, Mark, Marsha and Jack,
   We just heard about Paul’s passing last night. We are saddened about his untimely death.
   Our memories are Mark and Paul either going rollerblading or watching a thunder storm roll in, both at the front door.
   We hope your sorrow today turn to happy memories .

2. I just received word of Paul’s death. Our entire family passes on our sincere condolences to Paul’s family. I have so many memories of Paul at HSC and I am at a loss for words. Our prayers go out to the Rosenblatt family.

9. Paul, my friend.
   I was told on Friday that you had passed away. It seemed like we always had something to discuss, to debate, to laugh about. I did not know what cruel limit time would put on our friendship.
   So, I will need to form this thought without your sage and friendly advice:
   I went through some of our old email correspondence, and it usually ended with you saying “we should do lunch at Hess” plus whatever the topic would be at our next meeting.
   We shared the trials and the joys of our chosen careers and adulthood.
   Sadly my friend, our next time together is adjourned sine die.
   Until then, please know that I will miss your presence in my life and that I will cherish the memories of our past conversations.
